We first contacted Centrum back in the winter inquiring about the heat pump. Amir was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to choosing the right system for our home. We ended up reaching out again in April and getting the heat pump installed at the end of the May as we wanted to take advantage of the available rebates and Amir & Jenneth made it happen for us and they continued to assist us after while we were applying for the Loan & Rebates. We’re so happy to have AC in our home for the summer and would 100% recommend Centrum Solutions to anyone.

We had them come over to our place for a consultation to install a new Heat pump. Amir was amazing in explaining me everything and took time answering my questions. Jenneth also helped me answer all questions and filling up the application for FortisBC rebates. We ended up paying exactly what was quoted and no extra hidden costs.

Installation went very good. They took great care in doing everything properly and never felt like it was rushed to just finish the work.

It's been few weeks since the installation, heating works great and just waiting to test the AC unit once the hot weather sets in. But I am sure if any issues Amir and team will help to sort it out. I will try to update the review after year when I do my yearly service maintenance with them.

We had our hot water tank replaced with a tankless that Amir suggested and it has worked flawlessly over the last 2 years, we some small issues arise and Amir was here the same day or next to fix the issue.
He also replaced our old a/c with a new heat pump, this was a big job as our air handler was up in the attic, Amir and Bernardo removed the old unit and replaced it with new unit with precision. Even though it was hot up in the attic they never complained.
Amir was always patient to answer the many questions we asked him. He always returned my calls as many contractors never call back after a job is done.
They did an amazing job, very neat and clean work.

Centrum Team took quick action on getting a dual fuel hybrid heat pump/furnace installed that met Fortis's rebate policies.
