Ridge Meadows Home Show HEAT PUMP Draw Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility: The draw is open to homeowners(does not apply to condominiums and high rise homeowners) aged 18 and above residing in the Lower Mainland specifically the City of Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Burnaby. Surrey, New Westminster, Richmond, Langley, Abbotsford and Vancouver except for employees of Centrum Solutions, their immediate families, or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
2. Entry Requirements: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this raffle draw. Participants can enter the draw by completing and submitting an entry form via QR Code provided by Centrum Solutions. Only one entry per homeowner is permitted.
3. Draw Period: The draw begins on May 3, 2024 at 4:00 PM (PST)and ends on May 05, 2024 at 4:00 PM (PST) Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
4. Prize: The prize for this draw is a Bosch 24,000 BTU heat pump outdoor unit only. The Model No. is BMS500-AAS024-1CSXRC (24k ODU). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other unit or services. Indoor Unit and Installation labor is not included.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the raffle period. The draw will be conducted within 5 days of the closing date by manual draw, and posted live via Facebook. The decision of the draw organizers is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email or phone within 5 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 3 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Publicity: By participating in the raffle draw, the winner agrees to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the draw without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. Privacy: Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the draw and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
9. Liability: Centrum Solutions and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with participation in this draw or the use or acceptance of the prize.
10. Governing Law: The raffle draw and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia.
11. Amendment and Termination: Centrum Solutions reserves the right to amend or terminate the raffle draw or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, in its sole discretion.
