Natural Gas Condensing Tankless Water Heaters

A tankless water heater works on demand; it heats the water as needed, which means there will not be excessive use of water. It only runs when you need it (it has no standing pilot). It will give an infinite amount of hot water.

The Centrum Solutions Experience: 

1. We will disconnect the gas and water pipes, and electrical wires as needed. We will drain the tank completely of all water, and ensure it is empty.
2. We will remove the current water heater and clean / vacuum the mechanical room.
3. We will then modify the gas lines and pipes, exhaust, and water pipes. We will proceed to install the new water heater.
4. We will commission the new water heater and provide you with maintenance tips and how to operate the equipment. We warranty our work for 1 year on the labor of the newly installed unit.

Maintenance: The water heater should be inspected annually for proper combustion of the flame, the inducer motor, and the exhaust fumes. The hot water coil should be flushed or de-scaled every year as well. The heat exchanger burners should be cleaned every 3 years.
